The full conference fee until May 5, 2008 is EUR 450,00. ( 20% VAT included ) After may 5, the conference fee is EUR 500,00. ( 20% VAT included )
 Full time student (recommended by his/her professor) is invited to apply for a grant to waive 50% of the conference fee. Registration until may 5, 2008 EUR 225, After may 5 EUR 250
 Accompanying person fee until May 5 is EUR 200 after May 5 EUR 250

 Registration fee includes transfer from either Ljubljana International Airport or Lesce-Bled railway station.

Hotel rates: in EUR for bed & Breakfast, tourist tax per room and per day. Payment for accommodation and other hotel services will be made directly to the hotel. All major credit cards are accepted

Hotel reservations will be confirmed on first come first serve basis. Your credit card details will be used as a guarantee. One night deposit will be charged in case of no show or cancelation.

 Cancellation policy - Refund of conference fee, less an administrative fee of 80 EUR, will be made if notice of cancellation is received no later than May 31, 2008. Registrants cancelling on June 1, 2008 or later will not be entitled to a refund.

When Accomodation is needed, please enter the dates of arrival and departure as well, otherwise we can not confirm your hotel reservation. If nothing is entered, we understand that you do not need accomodation. Uncomplete accomodation data will not be processed.
